When you're making a recipe with cubed chicken breast you can eliminate the time it takes to actually cook the chicken while you're making the recipe.
Ahead of time you can poach the chicken breast and cube it and freeze it until you're ready to use it. Make sure you are using freezer bags to place the cooked cube chicken in the freezer to prevent freezer burn. Then simply thaw and add to your dish. You just knocked 15 minutes off of your dinner prep time!
